"Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ." - Colossians 1:28
Discipleship is not just a ministry in the church. It’s the ministry of the church.

Our men and women gather together for Bible Studies each week, where we dig into God's word, share life with one another, pray for one another, and encourage and equip one another in the Lord.

We want our adults (and children) to be transformed by beholding a vision of God high and lifted up as he declares himself to be in his Word; to not be the same, to be changed, conformed to the image of Christ.

As followers of Christ we are commanded to love the Lord our God with all our heart and with all our soul and with all our mind (Mt 22:37) and teach others to do the same. Our heart and soul are stirred by the activity of the mind. We are to set our mind on the things of God so that we can know Him in order to love Him. The heart can’t love what the mind does not know. Secondhand knowledge rarely creates firsthand love. We desire our knowledge of Truth to be firsthand knowledge which stirs the soul to love and the feet to obedience. Firsthand knowledge of Truth equips us to discern error.

This describes how we desire to prepare the hearts and minds of those we disciple at GCT. Our goal is that all believers may love the Lord their God with all their heart and with all their soul and with all their mind, firsthand.

"What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also." - 2 Timothy 2:2
Christianity without discipleship is always Christianity without Christ. - Deitrich Bonhoeffer
