Amazing Grace!

“Amazing grace! How sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me!  I once was lost but now am found, was blind, but now I see.”  Amazing grace really is amazing!  In Ephesians 2 we are reminded that there is nothing boring about God’s grace.  It is the most amazing thing in the universe.  It is more amazing than family and friends, careers and cars, quarks and quasars, galaxies and grandparents.  God’s grace is key to everything, all day, every day.  He has generously lavished upon us His riches of salvation in Jesus Christ because of GRACE ALONE (unmerited favor).  Please take a moment and think about how deep the Father’s love for us is made visible through this overwhelming bottomless ocean of God’s grace.  We will be looking at how amazing God's grace is this Sunday in Ephesians 2:8-9 and the wonderful call for us to be givers of that same amazing grace to every other person on this planet.

Ephesians 2:8-10 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
